Glute Activations

Use this exercise to help “switch on” your glutes using the Chapman’s Activations technique. These muscles may shorten and be inhibited if you spend many hours seated each day. Hip flexors and abdominal muscles may also become inhibited with the glute muscles (please see hip flexor and abdominal activation videos). Strong glutes assist core stability and prevent other muscles such as quads and lower back from over activating, creating instability.

Chapman's Reflex Activations are used to stimulate a rapid relaxation response by stimulating the congested neurolymphatic points and restoring function of particular muscle groups.
