Diaphragm Activation

Use this exercise to help “switch on” your diaphragm using the Chapman’s Activations technique. This muscle may shorten and be inhibited if you spend many hours seated each day, compressing on the diaphragm or if your feeling short of breath and/or generally stressed.

Chapman's Reflex Activations are used to stimulate a rapid relaxation response by stimulating the congested neurolymphatic points and restoring function of particular muscle groups.
